Voice activated value estimator

One of the greatest barriers to overcome when planning to sell your home is the dreaded first contact with a realtor. No matter what they say on their webpage there is alway the lurking expectation that the task of selling your property will fall into their hands as soon as you approach or initiate contact. But still everyone needs a value estimate on their house every now and then.

In KO OG CO we came up with a neat solution offering both a free-of-charge non committal service for all people and a great way for the client to offer further help to the visitors actively asking for assistance.

From START to SOLD

Another widely acknowledged barrier looming ahead of real-estate sellers and buyers is the perception of a somewhat blurry and extensive process, often totally in the hands of some realtor or contractor of some sort.

To lower that barrier we went for complete transparency and made a series of videos explaining the full process step by step, and giving advice on how to take control over it by yourself or together with your realtor of choice.
